Furniture Systems Installer - (Commercial Office Furniture) Milwaukee Wisconsin

Excellent growth opportunity for experienced systems office furniture installers.  We are a rapidly expanding dealer of new office furniture in Milwaukee Wisconsin.  Join our team working in a fast paced corporate environment throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Class A CDL Local Route Driver
Truck Driver - Class A CDL Driver needed to join our logistics division to service a large local client for dedicated route.  We are a 127 year old company with long history in the moving, warehousing, and logistics business.  Pay is per hour for a steady 45 - 50 hours per week year round.  MUST have a driving record that exhibits a safe driving history.  Great customer service skills a must.  This position offers full benefits package including 401k, vacation and health insurance.

The typical hours for this position are 11:00 am to 8:30/9:00 pm.
Valid current Class A CDL required as well as passing DOT pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is a valued member of the Coakley Brothers team. This person performs a key role in the successful execution of the service and product project process before, during or after a sale has been made.  This person will oversee projects within Coakley Brothers service offerings, including relocation, installation, warehousing and distribution, storage, IT migration, final clean and more.  This person will regularly interact with multiple internal departments, vendors and clients. The Project Coordinator manages and makes decisions with respect to the scheduling, job order fulfillment, 3rd party oversight, procurement, project tracking and billing to include closeout activities of projects.

Essential job functions and Leadership responsibilities:
  • Create accurate quotes or proposals, including requesting pricing from other divisions, freight and logistic quotes to be incorporated within the proposals to the client, based on direction from sales personnel; prepare proposal presentation package for clients
  • Coordinate and plan the execution of all orders with the client and project team with proactive communication
  • Function as the primary liaison between the sales team and the operations team
  • Manage the project fulfillment process including execution of agreements and /or purchase orders, product installation and associated contracted services in accordance with the project plans, specifications and schedule
  • Beginning with pre-move meeting packets, prepare and execute all necessary documentation for furniture deliveries and moves plus site visits to both origin and destination, pre-move walk-throughs and coordination with property management companies to understand site requirements
  • Work with financial services, accounting and sales to ensure accurate billing is achieved per agreements and contracts with the customer
  • Coordinate with sales people to ensure key project data such as opportunity value, order date and product installation date is accurate
  • Maintain relationship with client throughout the project process based on the direction of the sales person or other internal partners
  • Coordinate the commercial sales process with the sales people and clients to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Create and utilize tools, including CRM activities, for project management to complete order and data related tasks
  • Perform project closeout activities including all punch list related items, managing insurance claims, post project surveys, coordinate photography, hand written thank you notes and soliciting referral letters
  • Coordinate project activities ranging from $2,000 to $100K + in value
  • Assist with preparations/coordination for customer showroom or job site visits; preparing marketing collateral, coordinating trade show materials/booth set-up refreshments, and agendas
  • Mine on-line company industry lead sources for opportunities for reps and distribute on a daily/weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  •  Associate Degree, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a pricing and/or project fulfillment related field.
  • Typical work hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday; off hours and weekend work may be required
  • Travel up to 10%; valid driver’s license required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both operational and high-level customer contacts, vendors and multi-functional teams with some guidance
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make smart decisions quickly, exercise discretion and use experience, common sense and judgement to solve complex issues and problems with some guidance
  • Ability to analyze and adjust work procedures to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working in CRM a plus

Commercial Furniture Sales Executive
If immediate recognition is important to you, this is what you will experience when you introduce yourself to potential clients.  Enjoy working for the premier industry leader and single-source provider selling commercial office furniture, space planning & design, installation and move management services.  We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced and energetic sales representative to market our comprehensive commercial office furniture products and solutions for medium sized customers in the state of Wisconsin.   This is a great position for someone who is a self-starter and wants to be instrumental in growing a new business division for our company.

Position Summary:
The FSE is responsible for initiating and closing profitable furniture sales with new accounts, and existing accounts.   The FSE serves as the primary contact for the client during the sales process and works with the other furniture support functions (design, project management, furniture sales support, etc.) to ensure that client needs are met and client satisfaction is achieved. The FSE reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prospect in the local marketplace for new furniture opportunities
  • Develop local business relationships with various influencers (A/D community, commercial real estate brokers, property managers, network groups etc.) in order to identify potential opportunities early
  • Manage the day to day relationship with existing clients for which the FSE is assigned
  • Lead the development of creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs in a differentiated manner
  • Collaborate with the Interior Designer to provide solutions that meet client functional, aesthetic and budgetary requirements
  • Develop account plans for existing accounts that maximize penetration and retention
  • Work with other company lines of business to provide cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of successful business-to-business sales with the proven ability to meet sales goals through cold calling, networking and referrals
  • Prior experience in office furniture industry, general knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction
